Mr. Amit Khemka is an Advocate with extensive experience of nearly 34 years at the Bar. He has handled large number of cases involving complex issues in the domains of Criminal, Civil and Constitutional laws.

For his legal acumen, he is regularly invited to All India Radio and various TV Channels and has participated in about 400 debates on All India Radio and around 1000 debates on TV on diverse legal subjects He has addressed the Standing Committee of Parliament and regularly delivers lectures at different Forums including Chartered Accountants, lawyers, doctors and students.

Dr. RN Dash, , IRS (Retired) is a former Director General of International Taxation for India during 2010-2012. Presently he is practicing as a lawyer with the law firm i.e. M/s RRA TaxIndia, Tax Advisors & Advocates and is focused mainly on the matters related to PMLA, Benami Law and Direct Taxes. During the period from 2012 to 2016, he worked as a Member judge in The Appellate Tribunal for Prevention of Money Laundering adjudicating appeals against attachment of property by the Enforcement Directorate. When he left his job in the Tribunal, he was the presiding judge being Acting Chairperson.

Dr. Dash was a Director in Tax Policy division of Central Board of Direct Taxes, Ministry of Finance, India, besides being Chief Commissioner and Commissioner of Income tax in Mumbai and Delhi. He has the experience of working for more than 42 years for Government of India in many key functions. He has also worked as Consultant to UNO and African Development Bank. He is an expert on laws dealing with anti-money laundering and Benami Law and also in international tax, transfer pricing and APA etc.

Mr. Sikandar Talwar, IRS (Retired) Chief Commissioner of Income Tax has wide and varied experience as he has worked in different positions in income tax administration.

During his illustrious tenure in service, he held various key posts including, Director & Joint Secretary in the Ministry of Industry, Government of India; Director in various public sector enterprises and was associated in reformulation and implementation of government policies on disinvestment in public sector enterprises in the capital market. He has participated in bilateral and multilateral discussions on behalf of the government for transfer of technology and industrial cooperation, etc. with number of European, Asian and African nations. After retirement, he has been and is Direct Tax Senior Advisor to various large corporate entities. His thrust area is on appellate work.

Mr. Kailash Mittal is a multi-disciplinary professional, Mr. Mittal is ex-income tax officer and holds extensive experience of more than 35 years in the handling litigation relating to direct tax. With vast experience in handling assessment proceedings under the Income-tax Act, he brings expert knowledge and diligence in handling Search, Seizure and Survey proceedings and appellate proceedings before Commissioner of Income Tax (Appeals).
